“I am a freshman at Hopewell Valley Central High School in Pennington. I have been taking lessons from Dr. Frantz for three years. Dr. Frantz is patient and a good listener. He never pressures me into learning pieces. He always asks me what I would like to work on and we then discuss options. He also observes my piano playing. He then comments on my strengths and helps me to work on my weaknesses. Dr. Frantz demonstrates the way a piece should sound which helps me to hear it played correctly. Dr. Frantz has also taught me music theory and history during my lessons, which I enjoy. I look forward to my lessons and I practice hard because the material I am learning motivates me. When Malcolm started taking piano lessons from you at age 9, we switched from a eacher that was very competitive with his approach. Malcolm felt comfortable  ith you right away and he was able to learn and enjoy music again very quickly. He loves his guitar lessons and jamming with you for the past 3 years as well.
